- Inspection qualification
- Ultrasonic inspection of austenitic materials

- Technical writing and presentation: production of written reports and articles, presenting papers at conferences and seminars
- Use of PC productivity tools: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, email, internet and web authoring tools

- Supervision of staff and contractors, matching resources to needs
